Founder
Doris Chevalier, founder of INFRABOOST, is well known for her combined experience of the public and private sectors.
She has acquired her know-how from private companies such as Bouygues, Vinci, Alstom, Motorways of the South of France, from banks and investment funds (CACIB, HSBC, BBPI) and from the French Ministry of Finance ( PPP taskforce). She has built a strong professional network with all project finance stakeholders: public actors, private companies, investors, pension funds, financial institutions, multilateral and development banks, legal, technical, tax and financial advisers.
Expert in financing infrastructure projects and namely for rail, she has to her credit an experience of over 70 projects in the world which is more than 20 billion euros in funding.
She has represented Bouygues, ASF and Alstom on the boards of directors of international subsidiaries. She currently sits on the board of directors of ADP-International. She has been a member of EPEC and supports the work of the United Nations Center of Excellence for P3s.
Doris Chevalier graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, with a Master 2 in Applied Mathematics from the French Paris Pierre & Marie Curie University.
