Doris Chevalier, founder of INFRABOOST, is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, with a Master 2 in Applied Mathematics from the Université Pierre & Marie Curie, Paris VI.

An expert in the field of infrastructure financing, particularly rail, she is recognized for her combined experience of public and private sector financing.
