INFRABOOST has developed a library of tools enabling its customers to accelerate the completion of their projects, in particular by facilitating the work of their legal advisors.
CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTATION
Thanks to 35 years’ experience, Infraboost benefits from a comprehensive library of project references from which to draw in order to find the best solutions for its customers.
I- A commercial library for fundraising: Teaser, Pitch-deck, Information Memorandum.
II- A library of contracts signed for project financing: partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, subcontractor agreements, concession agreements, guarantee models, commercial contracts, financing agreements, pledge agreements, letters of interest, shareholders’ agreements, strategic committees, minutes. Infraboost advises on contract structuring, but is not authorized to provide legal support.
FINANCIAL MODELING
I – Customized financial models :
- Financial forecasts for fund-raising (business model), accounting tables (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Assessment of long-term feasibility and economic and financial robustness.
- Calculations of company valuations in the context of capital openings, sales or mergers.
Infraboost’s internal financial forecasting model was audited by Finance Consult on the occasion of the financing of the AURA Invalides show.
II – A tool for comparing financial solutions:
Infraboost has developed a tool for proposing and comparing the advantages and costs of several financing solutions for the same project (trade, leasing, vendor or PPP).
III – QuickFin: a rapid assessment of project bankability
On the basis of targeted information provided by its customers, Infraboost’s QuickFin calculates a project bankability score from A to E (A: Project can be financed subject to the usual due diligence – E: Project cannot be financed).
